Transforming Football’s Coaching Culture
You learned how to coach.
Here’s how to navigate reality.
The game is changing fast. This rapid growth reveals challenges within broken systems. The definition of ‘good coaching’ is shifting. This is a space to catch a breath, see what’s actually happening, and make better decisions.
Transforming Coaching Culture
Beyond Technical Knowledge
It demands awareness of the environments shaping every decision.
Expand awareness,
Not workload
Most systems in sport are extractive – more time, more reps, more output.
Too many coaches feel pressure to follow a narrow definition of success, even when it doesn’t fit how they learn, work, or want to live.
We equip coaches to think clearly, make better decisions, and act in ways that can be sustained – inside the real-world constraints they’re already working in.
Close
the gap
The industry runs one way. Your career demands another. We bridge what football has always done and what coaches actually need to survive inside it.
Changes start with coaches
We’re not waiting for organisations to catch up. We work with coaches to shift what’s possible — for themselves, their players, and the environments they shape.
Built for
every level
Grassroots to elite. Community to international. Early career to seasoned. One-off or ongoing. Wherever you coach, this was built for you.

Casa
Learn How To Think, Before Learning What To Do
Encounter different voices, perspectives and environments outside of your bubble. All levels, all specialisms, all genders, all sports welcome.
As coaches we often inherit information framed as truths, without understanding the origin, intention and bias behind it. CASA is a space to question dominant narratives in imperfect systems – not to give you more answers, but to help you ask better questions and see what others miss.

Academy
Coach Incubator Programme
The Academy tackles a critical gap in the game: the lack of clear, supported career pathways for coaches. This is a placement-based programme delivered in partnership with real clubs — not a classroom course. Coaches develop inside environments that challenge them, with structured mentorship, applied case work, and the space to build genuine competence before they’re expected to perform.
For early-career coaches, seasoned coaches, and those transitioning from the men’s game. Open to performance, S&C, technical, and tactical specialisms.
We also work with clubs looking to build a sustainable coaching pipeline. Developed coaches, embedded in your setup, at a fraction of what a traditional hire costs.

Working with
Clubs & Organisations
One-off workshops don’t change behaviour. Real development needs continuity — someone holding the thread between what’s learned and what’s practiced. We partner with clubs across the season, not just for a single session, designing CPD that connects to what’s actually happening in your environment and builds accountability over time.
We work internationally with clubs and federations — from grassroots to elite — across workshops, embedded partnerships, and consultancy.

Ivi
A coaching philosophy shaped through different environments, cultures and realities.
From grassroots football to international organisations, Ivi’s work has been built through movement across systems, roles and levels of the game, constantly questioning how environments shape people, learning and performance.
I’ve never believed one role, one level or one organisation holds all the answers.
The most meaningful learning came from moving across environments, noticing patterns, and understanding how context shapes behaviour.”

across the game
Our female-centric practice is developed by UK-based high performance coach Ivi Casagrande. Over 21 years playing and coaching football, she’s worked with clubs at all levels — Lewes FC, Brighton & Hove Albion, Orlando Pride — and three national teams (US Youth National teams, Brazil Women’s National Team and Ireland Women’s National team). Ivi is a women’s health and technical expert for FIFA and UEFA, specialising in leadership training and workshops for coaches and athletes. This platform is your portal into her learnings from a life in women’s football.
